Der DBA richtet sich an Personen, die sich weiterentwickeln und ihre Karriere nicht auf Eis legen wollen. Mit einer Kombination aus Online-Lernen, Selbststudium und Präsenzunterricht ermöglicht Ihnen der Doctor of Business Administration eine substanzielle Forschungsarbeit zu leisten, ohne Ihr berufliches Arbeitsleben zu unterbrechen.
Ziel des Doktorandenstudiums ist es, durch die Anwendung und Erprobung bestehender Theorien und Modelle neue Erkenntnisse in Wirtschaft und Management zu gewinnen, die einzelnen Organisationen, Branchen oder Regionen zugute kommen.

The DBA is aimed at people who want to develop further and not put their careers on hold. With a combination of online learning, self-study and face-to-face instruction, the Doctor of Business Administration allows you to do substantial research without interrupting your professional working life.

The aim of the doctoral programme is to gain new insights in business and management through the application and testing of existing theories and models, which benefit individual organisations, industries or regions.

Das Doktoranden-Programm unterstützt Sie in Ihrer akademischen oder beruflichen Karriereentwicklung. Das Programm steht im Einklang mit nationalen und internationalen Standards. Es erfüllt die Kriterien des Harmonisierungsprozesses der Hochschulbildung in Europa und die Lernergebnisse des Europäischen Qualifikationsrahmens auf Promotionsebene. Das Programm ist vom International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) akkreditiert, einer führenden Organisation auf dem Gebiet der aufgaben- und ergebnisorientierten programmatischen Akkreditierung in der Wirtschafts- und Managementausbildung für studentenzentrierte Colleges, Universitäten und andere Hochschuleinrichtungen auf der ganzen Welt.
Die erste Phase, die Sie durchlaufen, ist die Kursarbeitsphase, die mit der Ausarbeitung des Forschungsvorschlags abgeschlossen wird. Auf der Grundlage Ihres Forschungsvorschlags treten Sie in die nächste Phase, das sogenannte Research Lab, ein. In dieser Phase führen Sie die Datenerhebung durch und arbeiten an der Datenanalyse. Das Forschungslabor ist die Grundlage für die Abfassung Ihrer Dissertation - die dritte und letzte Phase des Programms. Nach der Genehmigung Ihrer Dissertation verteidigen Sie Ihre Dissertation im viva voce (mündliche Verteidigung).
Um Ihren Doktortitel (DBA) innerhalb von zwei Jahren zu erlangen, werden wir mit Ihnen einen individuellen Studienplan in 10 Schritten festlegen!

The doctoral program supports you in your academic or professional career development. The program is in line with national and international standards. It meets the criteria of the harmonisation process of higher education in Europe and the learning outcomes of the European Qualifications Framework at doctoral level. The program is accredited by the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE), a leading organization in the field of task- and results-oriented programmatic accreditation in business and management education for student-centered colleges, universities, and other higher education institutions around the world.

The first phase you go through is the coursework phase, which is completed with the elaboration of the research proposal. Based on your research proposal, you enter the next phase, the so-called Research Lab. In this phase, you will carry out the data collection and work on the data analysis. The research laboratory is the basis for writing your dissertation - the third and final phase of the program. After approving your dissertation, you will defend your dissertation in viva voce (oral defence).
